  1. We may not LOOK prosperous to some people, even believers. In fact we just got a comment the other day from someone getting a tour of our business and our home, and this person is a believer… they said that we are still “struggling”. That may be so, superficially, if you compare our situation with someone else who has more property and disposable cash 🙂
    But my perspective is from a place of forced/learned/chained gratitude. I have had more and I can tell you that it’s never enough when looking for it to fulfill my heart’s desire. Everyone’s heart is made to desire and serve Jesus. So when your heart is set on other things, other gods there is never fulfillment. I can very confidently say that this place of so-called “struggling” is the most prosperous I’ve ever been… the Lord has miraculously kept us fed, housed, and clothed for many years now, but more than that, God has given us his Kingdom.
